Warn, Kick, Ban - Three Strike Rule
Typically disciplinary action runs with a warn, kick, ban (three strike) rule. However, some bans will be issued immediately at the discretion of the server staff.

1. Griefing
No griefing. Griefing is placing or mining blocks in another player's base. Examples of griefing are stealing valuable blocks, placing lava, and detonating TNT. See the link for a more extensive definition. If a staff member is required to be involved in a situation there will be disciplinary action either for the plaintiff or the defendant.
Any grief case formally escalated is up to the discretion of the staff. Appeals to staff decisions can be submitted via Help Forum. Include as much information as possible when posting. Do not post in other people's threads.

2. PvP - Player vs Player
PvP is allowed at any time. If you do not want to fight, warp back to your base (protected by player claims) using the /home command. This also applies in PvP among guests. For Residents, or higher ranks, only atack guests if they atack you. Try not to kill players more than once every 15 minutes (Arena exempt as it is consensual). No Safe Zone camping

3. No Cheating
No mods or texture packs that give you an unfair advantage in multiplayer. This includes x-ray, warp mods, fly mods, speed hacks, modified clients and anything that lets you easily find ores or spawners and the the exploit game glitches. Use the homeregion system and warp system to get around the map.

4. Illegal Set of Home Point
Do not set your home point in another player's base or claim without their permission.

5. Stealing
We do not condone stealing from chests within a person's base. However, mods and admins are not responsible for chest contents. Hide your chests!

6. After Quitting / After Being Banned / Inactivity
If a player gets banned, officially quits the server, stays inactive, you must wait 30 days before the player's claims expire so you can raid their base. By raiding, means you can loot the chests, by looting, means you can take what's inside the chests. Leave the place better than you found it! Any mess may be considered 'griefing' by a server staff. Its solely up to their discretion. - Factions auto kick players after 7 days of not logging in to the server. If no players in the faction remain, the faction will be auto-disbanded. No messes!!

7. Respect
Speak to the Staff Members (Moderators, Admins and Owner) respectfully.
This also includes players among the server.

8. Spawn Killing
No spawn killing. This is another form of griefing that can lead to punishment.

9. Advertising/ Begging
DO NOT advertise for other servers(this includes public/alliance/faction chat and private messages/signs).
No begging.

10. Pain in the Chat
No spamming.
Keep foul language to a minimum.

After reading our server rules, if you still have questions that you might want to clarify feel free to contact a staff member.
